Reservation payments are non-refundable, but may be applied to a rescheduled date if the change occurs 24 hours in advance of the reservation. No employee of The Lanes on 20 will be authorized to supply cash refunds at any time.

To ensure your group has the best possible experience, please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your requested start time. This will allow you to check in and be ready for your start time.
